Lyn Hughes - Director of Development

Lyn is one of pancredit’s true career success stories. Having joined as a developer in 1994, her talent was soon spotted and she quickly progressed to become Team Leader. Her leadership qualities gained her the respect of her teams and the management team so when the company redeveloped the system onto Forté in 1997, Lyn was the ideal candidate to become development manager.

Her hard work and commitment were further rewarded in April 2002 with an appointment to the Board.

When she doesn’t have her pancredit hat on Lyn enjoys the outdoor life, being a keen skier and walker.
